Hamilton fastest in Practice for Sepang

Lewis Hamilton was under three tenths of a second faster than seven times world champion Michael Schumacher as the Mercedes powered cars outshone the competiton in free practice for Sunday’s Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang.

Jenson Button was only two thousandth’s of a second behind the German splitting the two Mercedes team cars with Rosberg fourth fastest.

The two Red Bulls didn’t fare well with Mark Webber down in seventh and world champion Sebastian Vettel more than a second and a half off the pace in 10th place  — David Blood, SportsCentral
